Drohobych
LLC "Grain Remake Company "UMAS" bases the conception of increase in production on:
- the creation of its own additional capacities for the processing and storage of wheat grain;
- the introduction of advanced production method, new technique and technology;
- organization of material and technical supply, determination of raw material suppliers, assurance of supply reliability;
- terms of general cycle of order fulfillment for the production of ready-made products.
That is why in 2008 the first production output was made at the mill in Drohobych.
Today in Drohobych there operates:
- mini roller mill for processing grain with nominal capacity of 50 tons of grain per day, manufacturer «ALAPALA» (Turkey);
complex for drying and storing of grain with capacity of 2500 tons, manufacturer «ARAJ» Sp.z.o.o Poland, which was put into service in 2013.
In order to provide the production of high quality products at the enterprise in Drohobych there operates accredited laboratory equipped with modern devices to determine the quality of grain and flour. High-class specialists work here.
Flour is tested (certified) for the presence of genetically modified organisms in accordance of the State Standards of Ukraine ISO 21571:2008, ISO 21569:2008.
Products produced at our Branch in town Drohobych are used in bakery, pastry shops, food and flavors enterprises, public catering enterprises and trade. Offal and grain bran are used for feeding animals by agricultural enterprises and the public.
